1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the website or our services.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1 Prices
The prices mentioned on the website include VAT and may vary depending on the period (low/high season). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash upon arrival
- Credit/debit card
- Online
2.3 Deposit
To confirm a booking, a deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival or departure.
Important: The deposit must be paid upon consultation, prior to arrival, otherwise the booking is automatically canceled.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms
- More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
- Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund
- No-Show: Charge of 100% of the total amount
Cancellations must be made in writing and are considered valid only after written confirmation from us.
Exceptions: In cases of force majeure with official documentation, we may consider more favorable terms.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Please refer to the booking platform for Check-in and Check-out times.
For arrivals outside of the above hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Late check-out may be available upon consultation and subject to availability.
5. Stay Rules
5.1 General Rules
- Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas
- Respect quiet hours between 15:00-17:00 and 23:00-08:00
- Parties and noisy events are prohibited
- Maximum number of guests as per the booking
5.2 Damages
The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the room or equipment during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of repair or replacement.
5.3 Responsibility for Personal Items
We bear no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items. We recommend the use of the safe for valuables.
6. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse entry or ask a guest who violates the stay rules to depart
- Cancel a booking due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (with a full refund)
- Modify these terms by posting notice on the website
- Change the room in case of an emergency (to an equivalent or better one)
7. Personal Data Protection
